ZHOU Hui-fang's clinical experience in treatment of menopausal syndrome

文章介绍了对妇女更年期综合征病因病机的认识及治疗方法。周惠芳教授临证30余载,根据多年临床经验,审因施治,认为更年期综合征的主要病机是肾阴亏虚,心肾不交,在治疗上强调心肝肾三脏同治,滋肾养肝、交通心肾,使肾水渐充,肝得柔养,心肾相通,水火既济,而绝经前后诸证得平,在药物治疗的同时注重心理疏导。自拟交通心肾经验方,标本兼治,把分型与分证的思想贯穿在随证加减之中,在临床上取得了较好的疗效。

The pathogenesis and treatment of menopause syndrome in women was introduced in this paper. Professor ZHOU has been engaged in clinical practice for more than 30 years. She believes the main pathogenesis of menopause syndrome is deficiency of kidney yin and disharmony between heart and kidney, based on her years of clinical experience and administering treatment according to cause. She emphasized that heart, liver, and kidney should be treated simultaneously, which were nourishing the kidney and liver, restoring normal coordination between heart and kidney. After making kidney edema become full, liver become nourishing, heart and kidney become communicating and intercourse between each other, then menopausal disorders get restored. She also believes attention should be paid to psychological counseling while medication. She puts forward an empirical formula on restoring normal coordination between heart and kidney and has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy, which is treating the symptoms and the causes, and the idea of classification of syndrome is carried through modified with syndrome.
