中医病机指导下舌脉为主辨治失眠体会

Experience of taking tongue and pulse manifestation as principal to treat insomnia based on traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis

在快节奏的社会环境下,失眠成为影响日常生活的重要因素。失眠的类型可分为入睡难型、多梦型、寐浅型、易早醒型和混合型5种。文章通过分析当代背景下失眠的病因,探讨心肝火旺、肝郁气滞、痰扰心神、瘀血内停、胃失和降、心脾两虚、心肾失交、肝肾阴虚、肾精不足9种不同常见病机指导下,以舌象脉象为主辨治失眠。最后介绍20味治疗失眠常用药的舌脉特点,为失眠症的治疗提供既简便又操作性强的方法,提高临床疗效。

In the fast pace of social environment, insomn ia is becoming important factors that affect daily life. There are five types of insomnia, such as falling asleep hardly, sleeping with many dream, shallow sleep, waking up early and hybrid type sleep. Through analyzing the causes of insomnia in contemporary background, the article explores treatment for insomnia based on syndrome differentiation by taking tongue and pulse manifestation as principal under the guiding of pathogenesis, such as hyperactivity of heart-liver fire, liver depression and qi stagnation, phlegm disturbing mind, static blood retained, discomfort in stomach, deficiency of both heart and spleen, disharmony between heart and kidney, yin deficiency of liver and kidney and insufficiency of kidney essence. At last, introducing twenty traditional Chinese medicine about their characteristics of tongue and pulse manifestation, which provide both simple and feasible methods for treating insomnia and increase the clinical efficacy.
