基于11个中医慢病专项研究探讨中医慢病成果质量评价方法的建立

Establishment of the quality evaluation method for the chronic disease achievements of traditional Chinese medicine: Based on 11 special study for chronic disease

本研究以11个中医慢病课题32个临床研究方案评价为研究内容,采用德尔菲专家咨询法、层次分析法和量表研究技术方法,分别构建以理论价值、科学价值和经济价值为评价维度根据临床研究设计类型不同的2种较为系统的质量评价方法,可指导中医慢病研究的设计与实施,提高成果质量,发现中医防治慢病的特点和优势,为中医慢病防治成果的转化与推广应用奠定方法学基础。

The research content mainly contained 11 chronic disease research and 32 clinical research, and the Delphi expert consultation method, analytic hierarchy process, and the technique of scale research were used to establish two systematic quality evaluation methods based on evaluative dimension of theoretical value, scientific value and economic value combined with different clinical research design types, which could guide the design and implementation of chronic disease research in TCM, improve the quality of achievements and explore the characteristics and advantages of prevention for chronic disease. Furthermore, it would lay a foundation for the transformation, promotion and application of chronic disease achievements.
