乳腺癌中医证候研究进展与思考

分析总结乳腺癌中医证候研究成果,发现问题,为后续研究把据方向。通过检索2007年至2017年CNKI、VIP及万方数据库有关乳腺癌中医证候的文章,将乳腺癌中医证候的相关文献按照名医辨证经验、统计学宏观辨证规律、基础微观辨证研究3个方面进行总结探讨。乳腺癌的中医证候研究取得了一定的成绩,但是仍存在一些问题。这些问题限制了目前研究的临床转化。规范化、统一化、现代化的乳腺癌中医证候研究才能真正具有乳腺癌中医诊疗的临床转化功能。

This article aimed at summarizing the research advance in traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of breast cancer. Literatures relate to traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of breast cancer from 2007 to 2017 from CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database were searched by computer. All selected literatures were classified and discussed in terms of the dialectical experience of famous doctors, the macroscopic dialectics of statistics and the microcosmic dialectics. It is concluded that TCM syndrome research on breast cancer has made some achievements, but there still are some problems. These problems limited the clinical transformation. The normative, unified, morden reserach on breast cancer＇s Chinese medicine syndromes have the real clinical transforming function during the Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment.
