佛手的研究进展

Research progress on Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus

佛手为我国传统的药食两用中药材之一,亦可作为盆景观赏,其提取物还被广泛用于食品和日化用品,具有广阔的开发应用前景。佛手中主要含有挥发油、黄酮类、多糖等化学成分,目前对佛手的研究主要集中于总成分的测定分析和药理作用方面,而对其单体成分的药理作用机制尚不明确。佛手具有祛痰、止咳、平喘作用,还具有抗炎、抗菌、降血压、抗癌、抗抑郁的作用。文章综述了佛手的本草、资源、应用现状以及研究进展,在此基础上提出佛手利用新思路,以期为佛手的研究及开发应用提供参考。

Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus is one of the homology of medicine and food, and ornamental bonsai, the extraction of Citri Sarcodacylis Fructus has been broadly used in food and daily necessities, having broad development and application prospects. A great number of active constituents have been isolated from the herb, which can be divided into volatile oils, flavonoids, polysaccharides, etc. However, most literatures only analyzed the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of total compositions, without further discussing the detail compound. Citri Sarcodacylis Fructus can be used in clinic for eliminating phlegm, relieving cough and relieving asthma, and have serious biological activities such as anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, lowering blood pressure, anti-cancer, and anti-depressant. This article summarized the original resource, application, chemical compounds and pharmacologic actions of Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus, and provided new utilization methods for the further development and application of Citri Sarcodacylis Fructus.
