痰湿不孕,历代医家多有论述,指出其病理是痰湿壅阻胞宫,胞脉闭塞而致不孕,并提出肾虚痰湿、脾虚生痰、肺闭痰阻、痰瘀互阻等类型的病机划分以及从温肾、健脾、宣肺、散瘀为治的大法。然临证所见,伴随气虚者甚多,今从补气而论痰湿型不孕的治疗。
