基于高脂血症临床病症特点的动物模型分析

Analysis of animal model based on the clinical symptom of disease's characteristics of hyperlipemia

目的:基于高脂血症的临床病症特点分析相应的动物模型。方法:通过梳理分析中西医高脂血症的临床诊断标准及疗效标准,总结高血脂症动物模型的特点及复制方法,对比临床的相关症状及标准,对现有动物模型与临床病症的吻合情况进行分析探讨,进而提出相应动物模型的评价及改进方法。结果:高脂血症造模方法较多,但缺少能反映高脂血症临床病症特点、体现高脂血症中西医病因的动物模型复制,为动物模型确立合理的量化标准是高脂血症动物模型的发展方向。结论:高脂血症动物模型的复制应更加贴近于临床病症特点,以能反映高脂血症临床特征。

Objective： To analysis animal model based on the clinical symptom of disease＇s characteristics of hyperlipemia. Methods： Analyze and discuss the matching situation between existing animal model and clinical conditions, and then put forward the corresponding animal model evaluation and improvement methods by combing clinical diagnostic criteria and efficacy standards of hyperlipidemia of Chinese and western medicine, summarizing the characteristics and replication method of hyperlipidemia animal model and comparing clinical symptoms and criteria. Results： There are many ways for establishing hyperlipidemia animal model, but lack of animal models that reflect the clinical characteristics of hyperlipidemia and reflect the causes of hyperlipidemia in Chinese and Western medicine. Establishing reasonable quantitative standards for animal models is the development direction of animal models for hyperlipidemia. Conclusion： The copy of hypedipidemia animal model should be more close to the clinical characteristics in order to reflect hyperlipidemia clinical characteristics.
