Influence of different direction spinal pinching on gastric motility in rabbits with bradygastria

目的:观察捏脊疗法施术方向对胃运动过缓家兔胃运动的影响。方法:通过RM6240C型生理实验系统记录胃运动过缓家兔胃运动情况,观察不同捏脊方向(正向:由长强至大椎;反向:由大椎至长强)对胃运动过缓家兔胃运动的影响。结果:捏脊正、反方向对胃运动过缓家兔的胃运动均有促进趋势(P<0.05),两者之间差异无统计学意义,但捏脊方向由从长强到大椎对胃运动过缓家兔的促进趋势更好。结论:不同捏脊方向对胃运动过缓家兔胃的胃运动均有促进作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of rabbits with bradygastfia on gastric motility in different directions of spinal pinching. Methods： Through the experimental system of RM6240C physiological recording gastric motility in rabbits with bradygastria, the influence of chiropractic direction on gastric motility in rabbits with bradygastria was observed. Results： The direction from Changqiang （DU1） to Dazhui （DU14） on rabbits with bradygastria could promote gastric motility （P〈0.05）. The direction from Dazhui （DU1） to Changqiang （DU14） on rabbits with bradygastria could promote gastric motility （P〈0.05）. There was no statistical difference between the two groups, but the promotion trend of rabbit with bradygastria was better from Changqiang （DU14） to Dazhai （DU1）. Conclusion： Different direction of chiropractic promoted gastric motility in rabbits with bradygastria.
