慢性心力衰竭中西医结合诊疗方案与单纯西医方案的临床效果评价

Clinical curative effect evaluation of combined treatment of both traditional Chinese and western medicine and treatment of simple western medicine onchronic heart failure

目的:对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)中西医结合诊疗方案的实施效果进行初步评价。方法:本研究共纳入160例CHF患者,其中中西医结合治疗组80例和常规西医治疗组80例,采用非随机回顾性历史分析与比较的方法,观察CHF患者的住院天数、住院费用、临床疗效、临床用药以及死亡情况等。结果:实施中西医结合治疗后平均住院时间有下降趋势;平均住院费用显著下降(P=0.003);延缓心室重构类药物的使用率有所增加;心功能改善程度明显提高(P<0.05);两组患者病死率比较无明显差异。结论:中西医结合诊疗方案可缩短患者住院时间,降低患者住院费用,能更好地改善患者心功能,更注重延缓心室重构类药物的应用。

Objective： To evaluate the Clinial curative effects of clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on chronic heart failure. Methods： One hundred and sixty cases were divided into combined treatment of both traditional Chinese and western medicine group and simple western medicine group, with 80 cases in each group. Length of stay, hospitalization expenses, clinical efficacy, clinical medications and mortality of patients with heart failure were observed through non randomized retrospective analysis. Results： The average hospitalization stay decreased after implementing the treatment of both traditional Chinese and western medicine. And the average hospilization cost dropped significantly （P=0.003）. Drugs that can delay ventricular remodeling were used more frequently, and patients＇ heart function improved more significantly （P〈0.05）. While there was no significant difference between two groups in terms of mortality. Conclusion： The treatment of both traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic heart failure could shorten length of hospitalization stay, reduce hospitalization expenses and improve patients＇ heart function very well. And it focuses much more on drugs that can delay ventricular remodeling.
