切口开放术联合康复新液外敷治疗急性骶尾部藏毛窦脓肿的疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of open incision operation combined with external application of Kangfuxin Solution on acute pilonidal sinus of sacrococcygeal region

目的:探讨切口开放手术联合术后康复新液纱条创面外敷治疗急性骶尾部藏毛窦脓肿期的临床疗效。方法:对2010年1月至2015年6月共60例急性骶尾部藏毛窦脓肿期患者手术情况进行回顾性分析,其中切口开放术联合术后康复新液纱条创面外敷30例,术中一期缝合伤口负压引流30例。对两组患者手术时间,术后疼痛评分,术后换药次数、住院时间、愈合时间,随访复发及满意率进行对比分析。结果:切口开放术组的手术时间、术后疼痛评分、换药次数、住院时间均低于一期缝合引流组(P<0.01,P<0.05),切口开放术组切口愈合时间及复发率与一期缝合引流组无明显差别。结论:骶尾部藏毛窦发生急性脓肿时及时行切口开放术联合术后康复新液纱条外敷操作简便易行,易于彻底清除病变组织,减少二次手术率,患者痛苦小,可作为治疗急性期骶尾部藏毛窦脓肿一种合理的处置方法。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of acute pilonidal sinus of sacrococcygeal region in the stage of abscess, which was treated with open incision operation combined with postoperative Kangfuxin Solution sliver wound external application. Methods： The operation situations of 60 cases, who suffered acute pilonidal sinus of sacrococcygeal region in the stage of abscess from January 2010 to June 2015, were retrospectively analyzed. And the 60 cases included 30 cases of open incision operation combined with external application of Kangfuxin Solution wound external application, and 30 cases of negative pressure drainage in the first stage of intraoperative suture. The operation time, postoperative pain score, the time of dressing changes, length of stay, healing time, recurrence rate and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results： The operation time, postoperative pain score, frequency of dressing change, and length of stay in the incision open surgery group were all lower than those in the primary suture of negative pressure drainage group （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）, but the healing time and recurrence rate between the two groups were no obvious different. Conclusion： That open incision operation combined with postoperative Kangfuxin Solution sliver wound external application done in time is simple and easy, when acute abscess occurs in pilonidal sinus of sacrococcygeal region. The treatment can be used as a reasonable treatment for acute pilonidal abscess of sacrococcygeal region, which is easy to thoroughly remove the diseased tissue, reduce the secondary operation rate, and alleviate the suffering pain of patients.
