复方葛根胶囊联合中医特色的生活方式干预糖耐量低减的临床研究

Clinical research on IGT treated with Compound Gegen Capsules combine with lifestyle in characteristics of TCM

目的:研究复方葛根胶囊联合中医特色的生活方式干预技术对糖耐量低减(IGT)的影响。方法:选取150例IGT患者随机分为对照组与干预组,进行相应干预,分别检测干预前后指标,分析糖耐量转归和临床总有效率。结果:12个月后,干预组Hb Alc、LDL-C、IR与对照组同期比较显著降低(P<0.05)。干预组转变为糖尿病(DM)的发病率为6.94%,与对照组比较,相对危险性降低40.12%。干预组总有效率79.17%,对照组总有效率44.93%。结论:扩大了复方葛根胶囊的临床应用范围,为复方葛根胶囊联合中医特色的生活方式的IGT干预技术推广应用提供科学依据。

Objective： To research the influences of IGT treated with Compound Gegen Capsules combine with lifestyle in characteristics of TCM. Methods： A total of 150 cases of IGT patients are divided into control group and intervention group. Accordingly after the intervention, indicators are observed before and after the intervention. Analysis of glucose tolerance and clinical effectiveness Results： Compared with the control group, HbAlc, LDL-C, IR in the intervention group decreased significantly （P〈0.05）. Total effectiveness rate of the intervention group is 79.17%, total effective rate of the control group is 44.93%. Conclusion： To expand the clinical application of Compound Gegen Capsules, which provids scientific basis for the annlication of IGT is treated with Compound Ge^en Capsules Combine with lifestyle in characteristics of TCM.
