面向下一代光通信的VCSEL激光器仿真模型

摘要 主要通过研究VCSEL激光器相关温度效应、电光转换机理及频率响应特性,在其相关理论和经验公式基础上,通过非线性最小二乘法来确定模型最终参数,得到激光器相应物理特性高精度数学模型.1)模型仿真结果与测量值二范数误差小于0.012.在模型改进的处理上,引入一种输入电压u与输入电流J以及温度T的典型约束关系2)使得原模型有较大精度改进.对于小信号响应模型,将三个误差以0.3、0.3和0.4的权重结合起来作为目标函数,以得到所要求的参数估计值.同时,在相关数学模型基础上,通过数值仿真找出影响激光器光电转换与频率响应特性的主要因素. This paper mainly through the research of VCSEL laser temperature effect, electro-optic conversion mechanism and frequency response characteristics, based on the relevant theoretical and empirical formulas, using the nonlinear least squares method to determine the final parameters of the model, get the high precision mathematical model corresponding physical properties of laser. 1)the two-norm error between the results of the simulation model and the measured value is less than 0.012. In the process of model improvement, a typical constraint relationship between input voltage U and input current I and temperature T is introduced in this paper. 2)the aceuracy of the original model is improved greatly. For small signal response models, three errors are combined as weights of 0.3, 0.3 and 0.4 to get the required parameter estimates. At the same time, on the basis of the relevant mathematical model, the main factors that affect the photoelectric conversion and frequency response characteristics of the laser are found through numerial simulation.
