痕量元素As对CM-88Y合金组织和性能的影响

摘要 研究了杂质元素As含量变化对CM-88Y合金的组织及性能的影响。结果表明,As含量在小于10×10-6范围内,室温拉伸、高温拉伸及持久性能趋于稳定,As含量当大于10×10-6时随As含量的继续升高,合金持久寿命、强度值及伸长率都有不同程度的降低。 The influences of different As amounts on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the Ni-based superalloy CM-88Y were studied. The results show that the room temperature tensile properties, high temperature tensile properties and creep rupture properties of the superalloy can be kept stable as the content of As in the superalloy is less than 10 ppm. While the content of As in the superalloy is beyond 10 ppm, the creep rupture life, strength and elongation of the superalloy are decreased with increasing the content of As.
