渗铝时间对镶环铝活塞铝铁结合区的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了铝活塞镶环渗铝工艺中的渗铝时间对镶环渗铝扩散层厚度的影响,同时研究了镶环渗铝时间对活塞铝铁结合区结合强度的影响,通过试验确定了镶环渗铝工艺中的最佳渗铝时间为3.5~4.5 min,并推广应用到活塞生产过程中,使镶环铝活塞镶环结合不良废品率由原来的2%降低到了1%以下。 The influence of aluminizing time on the diffusion layer thickness of the inserted ring for aluminum piston was studied, and the effect of aluminizing time on the bonding strength of the Al-Fe binding zone in the aluminum piston with the inserted ring was also studied. The experimental results show that the optimum aluminizing time is 3.5-4.5 minutes. And the optimum aluminizing time has been adopted in the manufacturing process of pistons, reducing the scrap rate from 2% to less than 1% which is caused by the imperfect bondingof the inserted rings with the pistons.
