摘要
介绍YQ-625型牵引电机端盖的结构特点及技术要求,分析该端盖铁型覆砂铸造工艺,并通过Pro CAST有限元软件进行计算机模拟优化,确定了端盖的铁型覆砂铸造工艺方案。生产实践表明,该端盖铁型覆砂铸造工艺方案可行,且已实现批量生产。
In the paper, the structural characteristics and technical requirements of end cap casting for the YQ-625 type traction motor were introduced. The sand-lined metal mould casting process for the end cap casting was analyzed. Furthermore, by adopting the finite element software ProCAST to optimize the process scheme, the optimal sand-lined metal mould casting process for the end cap casting was determined. The production practice shows that the optimal process scheme of the end cap casting is feasible, and the batch production of the casting has been achieved.
