The New Pattern of Sino-Japanese Relations: Background,Characteristics and the Core Concept

《中日和平友好条约》签订40年后,中日两国的实力对比和双边关系格局发生了新变化,双方进入战略博弈期。中日新型国家关系有两个突出特点:一是双边关系更为复杂,有时甚至面临严峻的考验。二是双边关系一般不会超出"斗而不破"的底线。在新的历史条件下,双方应严格恪守四个政治文件,实现真正的平等互利双赢,这是中日新型国家关系的核心理念。
