摘要
从关系界定、形成条件、影响因素、管理关键问题和规制途径五个方面对共享经济模式下共享平台企业与劳务提供者之间的关系,即共享型用工关系性质的相关研究进行了归纳与梳理。以已有研究为基础归纳对共享型用工关系进行规制的途径及思路,并针对共享型用工关系提出了具体的未来研究方向。
From the aspects of relationship definition, formation conditions, influencing factors, key management issues, and regulatory approaches, the relationship between sharing platform enterprise and service providers under the sharing economy model is summarized and combed. Based on the existing research, summarize the approach and ideas for regulating sharing employment relations, and propose specific future research directions for sharing employment relations.
