微型生态系统的建立及应用研究

摘要 通过模拟真实水体生态环境条件,建立了微型生态系统,研究了微型生态系统的稳定性。将微型生态系统中的水温、溶解氧、p H值、总氮、总磷和浮游生物等作为监测指标,考察了该系统中理化因子的变化趋势,并分析了浮游生物和水生植物的变化情况。结果表明,建立的微型生态系统,可以较好地模拟水体生态环境条件,有助于预测真实水体的生态环境变化情况。该微型生态系统,具有结构简单、规模小及条件易于控制等特点,可以应用于模拟湖泊、水库等生态系统,以了解其系统特征、富营养化过程以及污染物的生态效应等,为水体生态稳定的维护提供理论支撑。 By simulating the actual water ecological environment conditions, micro-ecosystems were established and the stability of micro-ecosystems was studied. The water temperature, dissolved oxygen, p H, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and plankton were as monitoring index. Based on the monitoring results, we analysed the trend of the physical and chemical factors and the changes of the plankton and aquatic plant were analyzed. Results showed that the aquatic microcosm can simulate the real water ecological environment condition, and help to predict the changes of the ecological environment of real water situation. The characteristics of the aquatic micro-ecosystem were simple structure, small size, easy control of conditions. The microecosystem could be used to simulate lake ecosystem and reservoir ecosystem which help to understand the system features, the eutrophication process, and the ecological effect of pollutants. These can provide theoretical support for the water ecological stability maintenance.
