摘要
为了适应市场需求,扩大螺旋焊管机组生产能力,保证机组满足生产负荷的要求,以前摆式机组成型器为例,针对2#辊在成型过程中承受载荷较大的问题,从成型器2#辊压下机构驱动系统、丝杆压下力、连接螺栓强度、以及轴承辊载荷等方面,逐一进行了载荷分析与校验,并提出了设备改进的措施,研究结果表明,对于不同规格的钢管,可通过本研究的分析过程及相关公式,来校验机组的生产能力,从而明确设备的改进方向,满足生产需求。
In order to taking pendulum unit former as an example, 2~# roller would meet the problem of heavy load in the process of forming, the load was analyzed and calibrated one-by-one from the aspects of driving system of former 2~# roller screwdown mechanism, silk pole press, bolting strength and bearing roll load, and the equipment improvement measures were proposed. The research results showed that analysis procedure and correlation formula in this paper could be used for calibrating unit production capacity for steel pipes of different specifications, so as to clarify the direction of equipment improvement, meet production requirements.
