摘要
为了解决Amalog-SonoscopeⅡ漏磁探伤设备在钢管探伤过程中,钢管两端磁场比中间磁场弱,易出现端部缺欠漏检的问题,对该漏磁探伤设备的参数、检测原理进行了介绍,对横、纵向探伤机在钢管探伤校准时,端部增磁及增益的应用情况进行了分析。分析表明,通过端部增磁增加管端磁场,以及端部增益放大缺陷检测信号,可以提高探伤过程中设备的灵敏度,防止出现端部缺欠漏检的情况。
In order to solve the problems that magnetic field of steel pipe ends was weaker than middle of steel pipe, and pipe ends were most likely to miss detection of Amalog-Sonoscope Ⅱ magnetic flux leakage inspection equipment in steel pipe detection,parameters and detection principles of the magnetic flux leakage inspection equipment were introduced, and the application of end magneto-increasing and gain of horizontal and vertical inspection equipment in steel pipe detection were analyzed. The analysis results showed that throuph the increase of magnetic field of steel pipe ends by end magneto-increasing, and end gain amplifying defect detection signal, sensitivity of the equipment in detection were improved, and the pipe ends missing detection was avoided.
