摘要 建立了甘蔗中13种除草剂的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)多残留检测方法。甘蔗样品用乙腈提取,经QuEChERS方法净化后,采用GC-MS进行分析检测,在选择离子模式(SIM)下,外标法定量,线性关系良好(R2〉0.998),检出限为0.71-3.17μg/kg。分别在样品中添加不同加标水平(10、20、100μg/kg)的13种除草剂标准溶液,进行标准添加回收率实验,方法回收率为85.4%-105.5%,相对标准偏差为1.9%-9.1%(n=6)。该方法前处理简单快捷、节省溶剂,灵敏度、准确度、精密度均符合农药残留检测要求,适用于甘蔗中除草剂多残留检测。 A method was developed for the determination of 13 herbicide pesticide residues in sugarcane by gas chromatographmass spectrometry( GC-MS).The residues in the sugarcane were extracted by acetonitrile,cleaned up by developed QuEChERS method and then analyzed by using GC-MS in selecting ion mode( SIM).External standard method was used to determine the residue contents with a good linear relationship( R2 0. 998).The limits of detection( LOD) were 0. 71 - 3. 17 μg/kg.The recoveries of 13 herbicide pesticide residues at three levels of 10,20 and 100 μg/kg were from 85. 4% to 105. 5% with the relative standard deviations( RSDs) of 1. 9% - 9. 1%( n = 6) in sugarcane.The method is simple,reproducible,solvent saving,acceptable sensitivity and accuracy to meet the requirements of the pesticide residues analysis.This developed procedure is suitable for the determination of herbicide pesticide residues in sugarcane.
