摘要
针对传统带式输送机异步电机驱动系统存在的启动困难、维修费用高以及日常生产中突发故障多等问题,采用智能永磁直驱系统替代传统的驱动装置直接驱动带式输送机,介绍了智能永磁直驱系统的组成结构以及永磁电机的工作原理,详细阐述了智能永磁直驱系统的特性。通过实际应用表明,使用智能永磁直驱系统具有启动转矩大、过载能力强、效率和功率因数高、结构简单、免维护、温升低以及使用寿命长等优点,极大地提升了运输系统的生产效率。
Aiming at difficult starting,high maintenance costs,too much fault during current production and other problems of asynchronous motor drive system of traditional belt conveyor,intelligent permanent magnetic direct drive system was adopted instead of traditional drive device to directly drive the belt conveyor.The composition and structure of the intelligent permanent magnetic direct drive system and the operation principle of permanent magnetic motor were introduced,and the characteristics of the system were elaborated.The practical application results showed that the direct drive system had large pull-in torque,powerful overload capacity,high efficiency and power factor,simple structure,maintenance-free,low temperature rise,long service life and many other advantages,it could improve greatly the production efficiency of transportation system.
