废弃植物油团聚法分选微细难浮煤泥的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用废弃植物油团聚分选方法对山东临沂矿业集团王楼煤矿选煤厂的微细煤泥样品进行了试验研究,研究了搅拌速度、搅拌时间、油用量和固体含量等因素对油团聚过程的影响。试验结果表明,油团聚方法对于-0.045mm颗粒占比高于70%的微细煤泥样品的分选效果较好,试验采用的废弃植物油中含有大量的脂肪酸酯、不饱和脂肪酸和含氧类基团,可以增强植物油在水中的乳化,提高煤样的吸附作用,同时较好地解决了油团聚分选方法存在的油耗大、成本高的问题。 The fine coal slurry samples from a coal preparation plant at Wanglou Mine of Shandong Linyi Mining Group were tested by a method of agglomeration of waste vegetable oil.The effects of stirring speed,stirring time,oil dosage and solid content on the oil agglomeration process were studied.The results showed that the oil agglomeration method had better separation effect for the fine coal slurry samples which had the ratio of higher than 70%for-0.045 mm particles.The waste vegetable oil used in the test contained a large amount of fatty acid esters,unsaturated fatty acids and oxygen-containing groups,which can enhance the emulsification of vegetable oil in water and improve the adsorption of coal samples.At the same time,the problem of high fuel consumption and high cost of the oil agglomeration sorting method were solved.
