基于杜邦STOP系统煤矿安全行为观察模型的构建及应用

Construction and application of safety behavior observation model in coal mine based on DuPont STOP system

为了有效管理煤矿员工的行为,提高煤矿企业安全生产水平,基于杜邦STOP系统与安全管理学的相关理论,构建煤矿安全行为观察模型,从计划、执行、检查与改进4个方面诠释模型的内涵,概括模型中人员配备、观察方式、数据结果、行为纠正与管理模式5方面的特点。同时将该模型运用于斜沟煤矿,对5个工种150名员工进行6个周期为期42d的观察研究,且对观察结果进行大数据分析,不安全行为发生率从最初的20%降低至2%,并绘制了不同作业不安全行为变化趋势图。结果表明:安全行为观察可以明显减少煤矿员工的不安全行为,是一种较为有效的煤矿安全管理方法。

In order to effectively manage the behavior of coal mine employees and improve the safety production level of coal mining enterprises,based on the relevant theories of the DuPont STOP system and safety management,a coal mine safety behavior observation model was constructed and the connotation of the model was interpreted from the aspects of planning,execution,inspection,and improvement.The characteristics of staffing,observation methods,data results,behavior correction and management modes in the model were summarized.At the same time,the model was applied at Xiegou Mine,150 employees from 5 work types were observed for 6 periods within 42 days.Big data analysis was performed for the observed results.The incidence of unsafe behavior was reduced from the initial 20%to 2%,and the trends of unsafe behavior in different jobs were drawn.The results showed that the observation of safety behavior could significantly reduce the unsafe behavior of coal mine employees and was a more effective method for coal mine safety management.
