Discussion on development of Chinese coal enterprises under the background of One Belt One Road

"一带一路"沿线及周边国家自身煤炭资源丰富,煤炭开发程度较低,但煤炭消费市场广阔,为中国煤炭企业的对外发展提供了良好契机。目前,中国煤炭企业已逐渐探索出了煤电联营、全产业链化和资本运营等不同的海外发展模式,实现了自身发展与当地发展的双赢。在综合考虑我国煤炭企业对外发展经验、国际煤炭市场前景和沿线国家能源经济政策基础上,对中国煤炭企业的对外发展新方向提出建议。

One Belt One Road and neighboring countries have rich coal resources and low level of coal exploitation.The huge coal consumption market provides a great opportunity for Chinese coal enterprises to develop overseas market.Nowadays,Chinese coal enterprises have gradually exploring different overseas development patterns such as coal and power pool,full-industry chain and capital operation which achieving win-win of self-development and local development.Basing upon the consideration of the overseas development experiences of Chinese coal enterprises,the prospects of the international coal market and the national energy economic policies,the authors provided suggestions of new direction of Chinese coal enterprises development.
