摘要
近年来,针对多金属硫化矿浮选分离困难的问题,尤其是其中的黄铜矿和方铅矿的浮选分离方面,研究工作者在开发新型或组合抑制剂方面开展了大量的研究工作。发现Na_4P_2O_7·10H_2O、壳聚糖、磷酸酯淀粉、糊精、C_2H_3NaO_2S、聚丙烯酰胺等新型抑制剂及DS+ZnSO_4+Na_2SO_3、H_2SO_3+Na_2S、Na_2SO_3+水玻璃+CMC、淀粉+NaHSO_3等组合抑制剂在硫化物矿石浮选分离过程具有较好的效果,并为提高分选指标提供了很好的参考价值。同时,随着更多难选的有色金属硫化物矿石的开发利用,必将对浮选药剂提出新需求,因而研究开发新型浮选药剂将是一个长期的科研课题。
In recent years, in order to improve the flotation results of nonferrous metal sulfide ores, especially flotation separation of chalcopyrite and galena among them, extensive research works about the development of new or composite depressants have been carried out. Large numbers of new depressants, such as Na4P2O7 · 10H2O, chitosan, phosphate ester starch, dextrin, C2H3NaO2S and PAM, as well as composite depressants, such as DS+ZnSO4+Na2SO3, H2SO3+Na2S, Na2SO3+ Sodium metasilicate +CMC and starch+NaHSO3, were used in the process of sulfide ores flotation successfully, consequently, the flotation results were improved evidently. On the other hand, because more and more refractory nonferrous metal sulfide ores should be utilized, which demanded more effective flotation reagents, it would be a long-term research project to investigate and utilize new flotation reagents.
