摘要 以辽宁某地TFe品位67.48%的商品铁精矿为原料进行了超级铁精矿制备试验。采用搅拌磨替代球磨机作为磨矿设备解决了铁精矿细磨过程中能耗高、磨矿效率低的问题。根据原料性质,采用再磨-磁选-反浮选工艺可获得TFe品位72.14%、回收率52.46%、SiO_2含量0.20%的超级铁精矿。 Laboratory tests were conducted to manufacture super iron concentrate using a commercial iron concentrate whose TFe grade was 67.48%. A stirring mill was adopted to take place of ball mill to solve the problems that high energy consumption and low grinding efficiency during iron concentrate fine grinding. Based on the characters of the raw material, the regrinding - magnetic separation - reverse flotation process was used and a final iron concentrate product with a TFe grade of 72.14% and a recovery of 52.46% was produced, and the SiO2 content was 0.20%.
