粗长石粉中回收锂云母的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 江西某钽铌矿综合回收产品粗长石粉,该矿石矿物种类繁多,矿物组成复杂。主要矿物为富锰铌钽铁矿、细晶石、高钽锡石、锂云母、锂白云母、磷锂云母、铁锂云母、钾长石、钠长石、石英、黄玉、绿柱石等。粗长石粉中含Li_2O 0.65%,具有较高的回收价值。依据试料性质,在优化条件试验的基础上,采用先磁后浮工艺流程开路试验,可得到Li_2O品位为4.22%、回收率为83.73%的锂云母精矿;闭路试验可得到Li_2O品位为3.65%、回收率为85.40%的锂云母精矿,提升了粗长石的利用价值。 There is a large variety of mineral composition and complex mineral composition in a comprehensive recovery product of tantalum niobium in jiangxi province. The main minerals are manganese niobium tantalite, fine crystal, high tantalite, lithium mica, lithium white mica, phosphorus lithium mica, iron lithium mica, potassium feldspar, sodium feldspar, quartz, topaz and chlorite. The coarse feldspar powder which contains 0.65% Li20, has high recovery value. According to the sample properties and the optimization condition test of magnetic separation- flotation process, lithium mica concentrate with Li20 grade 4.22% and recovery 83.73% was obtained by open-circuit test, and lithium mica concentrate with Li20 grade 3.65% and recovery 85.40% was obtained by closed-circuit test.
