不同捕收剂对铁精矿提铁降氟的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文针对包头某钢铁厂铁精矿脱氟问题,采用两种不同的捕收剂分别对铁精矿进行脱氟研究,通过矿物浮选法以及化学检测等手段,研究了两种捕收剂在矿浆p H值和水玻璃不同用量试验下对降低氟含量的影响,采用"一粗一扫一精"的闭路试验流程,最终确定最佳捕收剂以及用量情况。结果表明:使用捕收剂TF-1比捕收剂GE-28降低氟含量0.16%,铁精矿品位提高0.20%;最终使用TF-1作为闭路试验的捕收剂,得到了铁品位为65.00%、产率为83.59%的铁精矿。 Aiming at the defluorization of an iron ore concentrate in a steel plant in Baotou, two different types of collector defluorization was studied for the iron ore concentrate, respectively, by the mineral flotation and chemical detection methods the influence of different pH value and the dosage of sodium silicate on reducing the content of fluorization was studied. By using the process of one roughing one scavenging one cleaning, ultimately determine the optimal dosage of collector and situation were ultimately determined. The results showed that comparing with GE-28, the tf-1 made the content of Fluorine reduced 0.16% and the grade of iron concentrate increased by 0.20%. In the end, tf-1 was used as a collector for closed-circuit test, the iron concentrate with iron grade of 65% and yield of 83.59% was obtained.
