摘要
为研究微波对方解石磨矿效率的影响,分别对微波处理温度和处理时间进行了试验,同时分析了微波对磨机生产能力的影响。结果表明:矿石的升温速率随着微波功率和处理时间的增加而增加,微波助磨效果随着微波温度的升高呈现先增加后减小的趋势。在处理量100 g,微波温度为700℃的条件下,可以达到最好的助磨效果,对磨机生产能力的增量最高,可以达到55.17%。
In order to study the effect of microwave on the grinding efficiency and mill production capacity, the test of temperature and heating time on microwave irradiation was carried out. The results showed that the heating rate of the ore increased with increasing of microwave power and processing time, and with the increase of microwave temperature the effect of microwave on grinding increased first and then decreased. The best grinding effect could be achieved when the treatment capacity was 100 g and the microwave temperature was 700 ℃, under this condition the increment of mill production capacity could reach the highest, which was 55.17%.
