摘要 为减少高灰细泥对浮选精煤的污染,以高灰细粒难浮煤泥为研究对象,将油酸二乙醇酰胺(ODEA)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO9)和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP10)三种不同类型非离子表面活性剂与煤油进行复配,与煤油对比,对难浮煤进行浮选试验。结果表明:非离子表面活性剂均对煤泥浮选具有促进作用,其中ODEA与煤油复配效果优于AEO9和NP10。三种非离子表面活性剂与煤油配比比例为1:10时可以达到较好的浮选效果,要使尾煤灰分达到60%以上,3种复配药剂耗用量均只需单独使用煤油用量的1/3左右,具有显著的节油效果。 In order to reduce the contaminated effect of high-ash fine slime on flotation clean coal, the high ash fine difficult floated coal slime were taken as the study object, three kinds of different types of non-ionic surfactants mixed with kerosene, the difficult floated coal flotation experiments were carried out. The results show that the nonionic surfactants have a promoting effect on flotation of coal slime. The flotation effect by mixture of ODEA and kerosene is better than that of AEO9 and NP10. Three kinds of nonionic surfactant and kerosene proportioning ratio of 1:10 can achieve better flotation effect. To make the tail ash content of 60% or more, the consumption of three kinds of mixture added nonionic surfactants are only about a third of the kerosene consumption of, has significant oil-saving effect.
