摘要
辽西某低品位铁磷矿主要是磁铁矿和磷灰石矿共生,其中m Fe含量4%~6%,P2O5含量2%~3%。该矿铁、磷的可选性良好,选磷流程投产后精矿质量较好,但磷的流失严重,成本也居高不下。本文研究分析了该低品位铁磷矿选矿生产磷损失严重的原因,结合现实条件,对问题根源的前段选铁流程进行了技改和优化;概括了技改收获的经验和要点,并叙述了其中采取的主要措施;简述了技改前后的技术指标和取得的经济效果。
The symbiosis of magnetite and apatite is the main ore in the low-grade ferrophosphate, among which mFe content is 4% - 6%, P2O5 content is 2% - 3%. The ore has good iron and phosphorus selectivity, and the concentrate quality is good after the phosphorus selection process is put into production, but the phosphorus loss is serious and the cost is high. In this paper, the reasons for the serious loss of phosphorus in mineral processing are analyzed. The ore dressing process with defect has reformed and optimized combined with the actual conditions. The experience and key points of technical transformation are summed up as well as the main measures taken. The technical indexes before and after modification and the economic results are sketched.
