摘要
本文叙述了某公司电解铝废阴极碳块处理工艺。分析了电解铝行业固体废弃物的来源及危害,介绍了电解铝废阴极碳块固体废弃物资源化处理的途径。电解铝废阴极碳块经破碎-磨矿-水浸-浮选-蒸发结晶-酸浸-石灰中和-酸雾气体吸收工艺后,得到碳精粉、氟化钠和硫酸钙渣产品。同时对产品进行了市场分析。
The paper introduced a processing technology of electrolytic aluminum company's waste cathode carbon block. The sources of solid waste and hazardous of electrolytic aluminum industry were analyzed. And the way of solid waste of electrolytic aluminum recycling process was described. The electrolytic aluminum waste cathode carbon block treated with the technology of crushing - grinding - flooding - flotation - evaporation and crystallization - acid leaching - lime neutralization - acid mist gas absorption process to obtain carbon powder, sodium fluoride and calcium sulfate products. And the product market analysis was conducted.
