同轴电磁场位置对重介质旋流器分选效果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究轴向磁场对重介旋流器分选效果的影响,将螺线管线圈同轴安置于旋流器的不同位置,通过调整励磁电流,进行了同轴磁场作用下固定入料悬浮液密度的-3mm粗煤泥重介旋流器分选试验,发现处于旋流器底部的外加同轴磁场可有效降低重介质旋流器分选密度。应用ANSOFT有限元软件对所用线圈进行磁场特性模拟分析,初步揭示了磁场作用下降低重介旋流器分选密度的原因是:向下的轴向磁场力将更多的磁铁矿粉吸引到底流口排出,从而降低了重介旋流器的分选密度。 AIn order to study the separation effects of different positions of the coaxial electromagnetic field in dense medium cyclone, coaxial coil was placed in the different positions of the cyclone and -3 mm coarse slime separation test in fixed slurry density had been conducted under coaxial magnetic field and got the separation effect in different positions of the coaxial magnetic system, achieving the purpose of decreasing separation density .Based on the simulation analysis using finite element software ANSOFT, the causes of the density of the dense medium cyclone under the action of the magnetic field were determined as:the axial magnetic force accelerated the cyclone material discharging from the bottom outlet and at the same time ,the magnetic system attracted more magnetite powder flowing from the bottom outlet,which decreased the separation density of the dense medium cyclone.
