影响我国药品价格因素的主成分分析

Analysis on the Principal Component of the Factors Which Effected Medicine Prices in China

目的:分析我国医药价格的影响因素,去除线性回归中多变量相关问题带来的不利影响,评价减免关税对药品价格的影响。方法:基于2001—2015年我国药品价格指数,选取人均GDP、人均可支配收入、制药企业容量、婴儿死亡率、关税和消费增值税作为解释变量,使用主成分分析模型研究解释变量如何影响药品价格。结果:解释变量均显著影响药品价格。其中,人均GDP、人均可支配收入、关税和消费增值税正向影响药品价格,婴儿死亡率和制药企业容量负向影响药物价格。结论:我国药物价格的影响因素并非是单一的,药物价格的上涨是多个因素的共同结果。单从减免关税入手,对药物价格影响甚微。应出"组合拳"来降低药物费用。

Objective： To analyze the influence factors of Chinese medicine price, eliminate the adverse effects of multivariate related pruhlems in linear regression, and evaluate the effect of tariff reduction anti exemption on drug prices. Methods： On the basis of drug price indexes from 2001 to 2015, taking GDP per capita, disposable income per capita, pharmaceutical enterprise capacity, infant mortality, tariffs and consumptinn value-added tax as explanatory variables, principal component analysis model was applied to explain how research variables affected the price of drugs. Results： The explanatory variables significantly affected the drug price . Among them, GDP per capita, disposable income per capita, tariff and consumption tax positively affected drug prices. Infant mortality and pharmaceutical enterprise eapaeity negatively affected drug prices. Conclusion： The influence factors of drug price in China were not single. The increase of drug price was resulted by several factors. Starting with tariff reduction, it had little effect on drug prices. ＂Combination＂ should be used to reduce medicine prices.
