摘要
目的研究雀儿舌头石油醚提取物的化学成分及其抗肿瘤活性。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法对雀儿舌头石油醚提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构,并采用MTT法对部分单体化合物进行体外抗肿瘤活性研究。结果从雀儿舌头中分离得到8个化合物,分别为豆甾醇(1),β-谷甾醇(2),白桦酯酸(3),粉蕊黄杨二醇(4),过氧麦角甾醇(5),二羟基蒲公英烷(6),3α-羟基木栓烷-2-酮(7),乌索酸(8)。化合物5对人前列腺细胞株PC-3、胃癌细胞株MGC-803、人神经母瘤细胞株SK-N-SH的细胞增殖具有良好的抑制作用。结论化合物5、6和8为首次从雀儿舌头中分离得到,化合物5具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Leptopus chinensis and their antitumor bioactivity. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatograph. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Their cytotoxic activity was studied by MTT. Results Eight compounds were separated and identified as stigmasterol(1),β-sitosterol(2),3β-hydroxy-lup-20(29)-ene-28-oic acid(3),Pachysandiol(4),Peroxy-ergosterol(5),dihydroxy-dandelionalkane(6),3α-hydroxysuberane-2-ketone(7),ursolic acid(8). Compound 5 had excellent inhibitory activity on PC-3,MGC-803 and SK-N-SH cells. Conclusion-Compounds 5,6 and 8 are isolated from this plant for the first time,and compound 5 shows the potential antitumor activity.
