摘要
目的探讨残黄片的利胆作用,为残黄片的进一步研究开发提供试验依据。方法观察残黄片对正常小鼠胆汁分泌量的影响及对正常大鼠胆汁流量的影响;采用ANIT诱导胆汁淤滞性肝损伤大鼠模型,观察大鼠胆汁分泌量及胆汁中TBIL、DBIL和CHOL含量以及血液生化学指标(ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL)的变化。结果残黄片可明显地促进正常大、小鼠和胆汁淤积性肝损伤模型大鼠胆汁的分泌,且能够降低肝损伤大鼠胆汁中的TBIL、DBIL和血清中的水平,显示出较强的利胆作用和对胆管和肝细胞损伤的修复作用,残黄片高、中、低剂量呈量效关系。结论残黄片具有明显的利胆和保肝作用。
Objective To explore the choleretic effect of Canhuang tablets and provide experimental basis for further research and development of Canhuang tablets. Methods The effects of residual yellow tablets on bile secretion in normal mice and rats and the effects on TBI,DBIL,CHOL and TBA were studied. The changes of bile secretion and TBIL,DBIL and CHOL contents and blood biochemical indexes(ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL) in rats were observed by ANIT induced rat model of biliary obstructive liver injury. Results Canhuang tablets could significantly promote the secretion of bile in normal rats,rats and cholestatic liver injury rats,and could decrease the levels of TBIL,DBIL and serum ALT,AST,TBIL and DBIL in bile of rats with liver injury level,showing a strong role in the gallbladder and bile duct and liver cell damage repair role,Canhuang film high,medium and low dose was dose-effect relationship. Conclusion Canhuang tablets have obvious effect of choleretic and liver-protective.
