Pathogenesis Discussion and Syndrome Distribution Analysis of 194 Senile Patients with Depression

目的探讨老年期抑郁症常见证候的分布与病机。方法分析194例老年期抑郁症患者的临床资料,对性别、年龄、证候等因素进行统计分析。结果与结论痰热证、郁热证、瘀热证、阴虚证是老年期抑郁症的常见证候,肝肾阴血亏虚是老年期抑郁症的共同发病基础,阳气郁遏、心神受损为病机关键,痰、热、瘀、虚、郁为其主要病理因素。

Objective To study the senile depression common syndrome distribution and pathogenesis. Methods The clinical data of 194 patients with senile depression,such as age,gender,syndrome factors was statistically analyzed. Results and Conclusion The phlegm-heat,depression-heat,blood stasis heat and Yin deficiency are common for senile depression. Hepatorenal Yin anaemia empty is the common basis of senile depression,Yin deficiency is the key pathogenesis,phlegm,heat,blood stasis,deficiency,depression are the main pathological factors.
