数脉迟脉临床意义探讨

众所周知,数、迟二脉,不论在通常所说的二十七部脉、二十八部脉中,还是在三十部脉中,均被列为纲脉。临床上也经常见到数、迟脉,而且影响着临床医生的辨证诊断结果。因此,明辨其特征及临床意义则颇为重要。文章从数脉的临床意义(主热证、主寒证、主危证)、迟脉的临床意义(主寒证、主热证、主瘀证)以及辨数脉、迟脉的个体相对性三个方面进行了论述,以期对提高临床辨证以及用药的准确率有一定的指导意义。

As is known to all,the rapid and slow pulse,no matter in the usually said the twenty-seven pulse,twenty-eight pulse,or thirty pulses,are listed as the key link of pulse. The rapid and slow pulse is often seen clinically,affects the diagnosis result of clinicians. Therefore,the characteristics and clinical significance of discernment is quite important. This article discusses the clinical significance of the rapid pulse（the heat syndrome,the cold syndrome,the dangerous certificate） and the clinical significance of the slow pulse（cold syndrome,heat syndrome,blood stasis syndrome） and Identification of the individual relative of the rapid and slow pulse. In order to improve the accuracy of clinical syndrome differentiation and medication,the three aspects are discussed.
