牢牢把握主流意识形态话语权,既是落实新时代党的意识形态工作新部署的有效举措,也是开创新时代党的意识形态工作新局面的重要目标。鉴于新时代我国意识形态领域斗争依然复杂、巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位任务依旧艰巨的现实境况,做好新时代党的意识形态工作迫切需要提升主流意识形态话语权。广大理论工作者应致力于意识形态话语权生成与发展内在机理方面的研究,着重从话语生产的巩固、话语内涵的丰富、话语表达的创新、话语传播的优化和话语体系的完善等视角出发,有针对性地探求新时代主流意识形态话语权的建构路径。

Taking firm hold of the right to discourse of the mainstream ideology is not only an effective measure for the new deployment of the Party's ideological work in the new era,but also an important goal of opening up a new situation for this work.Under the circumstances of the complex ideological struggle in the new era and the challenging task of consolidating Marxism's guiding position in the ideological field,there is an urgently need to enhance the discourse right of the mainstream ideology in order to successfully fulfill the Party's work in this sphere.Researchers should devote themselves to the study of the inner mechanism in the generation and development of the power of ideological discourse,focus on the perspectives of the consolidation of production,enrichment of content,innovation in expression,optimization of communication and the perfection of system,etc.,and explore the path of building the right to discourse for mainstream ideology in the new era.
