思想从严:全面从严治党纵深发展的意识形态内生逻辑

Strict Ideological Cultivation: the Endogenous Ideological Logic in the Further Development of Comprehensively Governing the Party with Strict Discipline

思想从严是中国共产党始终保持强大创造力、凝聚力和战斗力的关键,也是党内意识形态建设的主要抓手。意识形态是一个政党通过理论形态表达自身宗旨理念、规范其活动,进而争取民众的思想基础。中国共产党执政与领导的双重角色,意味着党的意识形态与国家意识形态有着天然的同构性。而思想从严关乎党的意识形态建设成效,关乎党的执政合法性和长期性。从全面从严治党的意识形态根本遵循认识思想从严的意义,从学理上深刻把握思想从严与全面从严治党的意识形态演进机理,进一步思考何以通过思想从严推进全面从严治党向纵深发展的意识形态理性建构。对于充分反映党和人民的意志,坚定理想信念,增进人民群众的政治认同,牢牢掌握意识形态的领导权,具有凝心聚力、固本培元的现实意蕴。

Strict ideological cultivation is the key for the CPC to maintain its strong creativity,cohesion and combat power,as well as a key foot holder for the ideological construction within the Party.Ideology is the foundation for a political party to express its own aims and principle,regulate its activities,and on that basis strive to win support from the people.CPC's dual role of governing and leading indicates a natural structural affinity between the ideology of the Party and that of the state.Strict ideological cultivation is closely related to the effectiveness of the ideological construction of the Party,and to the legitimacy and the long-term of the Party's governance.This paper tries to understand the value of the strict ideological cultivation from the fundamental principle it follows,and grasp from a theoretical perspective the mechanism of ideological evolution of the strict ideological cultivation and comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline.On that basis,this paper moves on to reflect upon the way of rational ideological construction for the in-depth development of comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline through strict ideological cultivation.It is argued that practically,the strict ideological cultivation functions to consolidate the cohesion and the foundation in terms of reflecting the will of the Party and the people,strengthening ideal and faith,increasing people's political identification,and firmly holding the ideological leadership.
