二自由度调节振动吸盘式精量播种装置设计与分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前振动吸盘式播种装置种群离散不均匀、合格率低、伤种严重等问题,根据气吸与振动相结合的精密播种装置设计原理研究二自由度调节振动吸盘式精量播种装置,设计溜种装置、下料装置、补种装置、种盘装置、吸种装置等关键部件,溜种装置采用振动电机与海绵筒实现种子均匀限流有序落入下料装置内,下料装置利用转轴旋转将腔体中的种子加入到补种装置中,补种装置设有称重传感器实现精量均匀加种,种盘装置可二自由度调节种盘振动,实现种群"沸腾"运动,吸种装置实现种子的精密吸附和排出,并设有顶针清理机构有效防止吸嘴堵塞,播种装置工作效率可达到340盘/h以上。 In order to solve the problems of uneven population dispersion,low qualified rate,serious injury species and so on,the precision seeding device of vibration sucker with two degrees of freedom was studied,which based on the design principle of the precision seeding device combined with gas suction and vibration.It designed the key parts of the seed slipping device,the feeding device,the replanting device,the seed plate device,the seed suction device and so on.The seed slipping device adopted vibration motor and sponge barrel to realize the uniform limiting flow of seeds into the feeding device in an orderly way.The blanking device used a rotating shaft to add seeds from the cavity to the seeding device.The seeding device was equipped with a weighing sensor to realize the uniform addition of precision.The seeding board can adjust the vibration of the seed dish with two degrees of freedom to realize the population "boiling"movement.Seed sucking device can accurately absorb and discharge seeds,and a thimble cleaning mechanism was set up to effectively prevent the nozzle clogging.The working efficiency of seeding apparatus can reach over 340 disks/h.
