新型组合箱形钢板剪力墙与ALC预制墙板集成建筑体系的应用

Application of Integrated Building Constructed by Combined Box-shaped Steel Plate Shear Wall and ALC Precast Wallboard

提出了一种新型组合箱形钢板剪力墙体系——全装配隐梁式箱形通腔组合钢板剪力墙结构,其钢材用量小、施工效率高,且抗震性能好。与轻质自保温的ALC预制墙板结合使用,在高烈度区的高层、超高层建筑中可取得良好的经济效益。通过多个工程实践的分析,系统研究了装配式钢结构与预制ALC外墙板的各种集成方式,并进行了详细的经济性评估。

This paper proposes a new type of combined box-shaped steel plate shear wall system fully precast concealed beam box-shaped cavity combined steel plate shear wall structure, which has a small amount of steel, high construction efficiency, and good seismic performance. When it is used with light self-heating ALC precast wallboard, it can achieve excellent social effect in high-intensity area high-rise buildings. Based on engineering practice analyses, various integration methods of precast steel structures and ALC external wallboard were systematically studied, and detailed economic evaluations were conducted.
