Construction Technology of Continuous Welding Stainless Steel Roof in Qingdao New Airport Terminal

青岛新机场航站楼工程为结构复杂、体量大、世界最大单体连续焊接不锈钢屋面。屋面板焊接施工属于新工艺,施工难度高,施工技术复杂。其超长屋面板的加工、运输及吊装困难,屋面三维空间定位放线繁杂,屋面板安装及焊接质量要求高。针对工程的重难点采取一系列措施,介绍了455J2超纯铁素体不锈钢连续焊接屋面的施工工艺,包括安全设施搭设、测量放线、檩条安装、压型钢底板安装,无纺布、吸音棉、隔汽膜、岩棉铺装等。

The roof of Qingdao New Airport terminal is a complex structure with huge volume and the largest single continuous welding stainless steel in the world. Roof welding construction is a new technology with high construction difficulty and complicated construction. Its super long roof panel is difficuh to process, transport and hoist. The three-dimensional location of the roof is complicated anti the quality of the roof panel installation and wehting is high. In view of the difficult points of the project, a series of measures are adopted. This paper introduces the construction technology of 455J2 ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel continuous welding roof, including the installation of safety facilities, measurement and discharge line, purlin installation, pressure type steel plate installation, and paving for non-woven fabric, sound absorbing cotton, vapour diaphragm, rock cotton and so on.
