摘要
郑州新郑国际机场陆侧交通换乘中心屋面主结构为网架结构,面积达3.68万m2,局部呈双曲线形式,其吊顶分项工程具有跨度大、高度变化大、空间形状变化大等特点,给施工测量、安装校核、施工组织提出较高要求。本项目在保证快速施工及提高工程质量的前提下,针对材料选取、结构偏差影响减少、特殊部位细部处理、施工工艺优化设计等方面进行深入研究,提出了基于三维精准定位的大吊顶施工方法。重点介绍了基于空间定位技术的三维立体施工方法。
The roof main structure of Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport traffic transfer center is a space truss structure with a huge area of 36 800 square meters with hyperbolic form. The ceiling project has the characteristics of large span, great change in height and space shape, which puts forward great requirements for construction survey, installation verification and construction organization. Under the premise of rapid construction and quality improvement, the intensive study is done according to the materials selection, the reduction of structural deviation, the detailed treatment of special parts and the optimization design of construction technology, then the construction method of large suspended ceiling based on three-dimensional precise positioning is put forward. The 3D construction methods based on spatial positioning are introduced in detail.
