摘要
北京新机场航站楼钢屋盖采用累积提升与单独提升结合的施工方法,安装过程复杂,施工过程中难免会出现不同步提升的问题;同时在累积提升过程中会涉及到各个提升区在空中补杆拼接的问题,对接区的误差难以保证。对累积提升过程中的关键问题进行了分析。分析了2种不同步提升的控制方法和结构高空对接时的拼接偏差。结果表明:采用力法控制为主控制整体结构同步提升,能使结构处于安全状态;第3次对接时结构对接位置节点变形误差较大,建议在施工过程中采取措施对产生的误差进行及时调整。
The combination of cumulative lifting and separate lifting scheme has been used for the construction of steel roof structure in Beijing New Airport terminal building. The process is complicated, and unsynchronous lifting is inevitable. Meanwhile, stitching deviation of structures at high altitude cannot be guaranteed for different lifting areas. This paper studies key issues in the process of cumulative lifting. The control methods of two kinds of unsynchronous lifting are analyzed, and the stitching deviation of the structure at high altitude docking is analyzed. The results show that the force method control is mainly used to control the synchronous lifting of the whole structure, the structure can be in a safe state. The deformation error of the joint position in the third docking is large. It is suggested that the measures should be taken to adjust the error in time during the construction process.
