眉下切口上睑松弛矫正术86例体会

Correction of Upper Eyelid Laxity Via Subbrow Incision:A Report of 86 Cases

目的：探讨眉下切口上睑松弛矫正术的手术设计及操作技巧。方法：86例患者采用眉下切口矫正上睑松弛,合并肿眼泡者祛除眶脂,合并眉下垂者采用眉下脂肪垫骨膜固定,术后第7天拆线。结果：86例患者无一例手术并发症,6例上睑松弛严重者在半年后再追加重睑术,随访1年,所有患者术后上睑形态自然,效果理想。结论：眉下切口上睑松弛矫正术操作简单、效果确切、值得推广。

Objective：To investigate the design and operational skills of correction of upper eyelid laxity via subbrow incision.Methods：Eighty-six cases were received correction of upper eyelid laxity via subbrow incision,in which,cases accompanied by puffy eyes were treated with removal of orbital fat,and cases accompanied by eyebrow ptosis were treated by periosteum fixation using eyebrow fat pad.Seven days after surgery,stitches were removed.Results：Among the 86 cases,no surgical complications were found,6 cases of severe blepharochalisis were then treated with additional double eyelid operation half a year later.One-year follow-up was conducted,revealing that all cases presented natural shape of the upper eyelid and ideal efficacy after surgery.Conclusion：Correction of upper eyelid laxity via subbrow incision has ideal efficacy and was simple in techniques.
