一种基于听诊原理的远程胎心监护设备的临床应用 被引量:3

Clinical Application of Remote Placental Monitoring Device Based on the Principle of Auscultation

摘要 目的:探讨基于听诊原理的远程胎儿监护的临床应用价值。方法:选择393例孕妇,通过同时使用传统多普勒胎心监护设备及远程胎心监护设备,进行一致性评价。选择68例孕妇家庭使用远程胎心监护设备进行观察,分析其每天使用频次、时长、提交次数等数据。结果:远程胎心监护设备与对照的多普勒数据高度相关,P〉0.1(0.87),根据两组数据差值估计出95%的置信区间落在±2次/min内,与多普勒技术审查指导原则要求一致。孕妇每天使用远程胎心监护次数(2.4±0.7)次及时长(47±6)min均大于在医院的监测数据(1次/周、20-40min)。结论:基于听诊原理的远程胎心监护设备符合孕妇家庭监测的需求,具有良好的胎儿窘迫预警能力,有着广阔的应用前景和良好的社会效益。 Objective:To explore the clinical application value of remote fetal monitoring based on the principle of auscultation.Methods:A total of 393 pregnant women were evaluated by the simultaneous use of traditional Doppler fetal heart monitoring device and remote fetal heart monitoring device.Results:Data of remote fetal heart monitoring device were highly correlated with data of the control Doppler P〈0.1(0.87),the confidence interval of 95%ranged within±2 beats/min according to the difference between the two groups,and the results were consistent with the requirements of Doppler's technical review guidelines.The number and time of pregnant women using remote fetal heart monitoring every day were(2.4±0.7)times and(47±6)minutes,respectively,which was more than those in the traditional Doppler fetal heart monitoring device group(1 time/week,20-40 minutes)in the hospital.Conclusion:The remote fetal heart monitoring device based on auscultation principle is a good option for family monitoring for pregnant women.It has good early warning ability of fetal distress,and has broad application prospects and good social benefits.
