男性特发性低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症的诊治 被引量:5

摘要 特发性低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症(IHH)常由于促性腺激素分泌不足而导致的睾丸发育不良,最终影响男性生育能力。其主要表现为睾丸及外生殖器体积小伴生精功能障碍,第二性征缺乏等。目前对于IHH的治疗主要集中在使用人绒毛膜促性腺激素(h CG)、人绝经促性腺激素(h MG)以及促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH),以及其不同的组合形式,但由于缺乏大样本的数据,尚不能确定采用哪种方式治疗效果最佳。我们结合十多年来对该疾病的治疗经验,并复习相关文献,对该疾病进一步进行阐述,以期加深临床医生对该疾病的认识。 Idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (IHH) is often caused by hyposecretion of gonadotropin and consequently affects male fertility. The patient with IHH has a smaller penis and testes with spermatogenic dysfunction. At present, IHH is treated mainly with hCG, hMG, GnRH, and their different combinations. However, due to the lack of large-sample evidence, it is not yet clear which therapy is the best option. This article presents an overview of our experience in the treatment of IHH in the last decade and a review of relevant literature, aiming at a deeper insight into this male disease.
