针刺足三里穴对健康青年人胃电活动的影响及其时间相关性研究

Effect of Acupuncture at Zusanli on Gastric Electrical Activity in Healthy Young People and its Time Correlation

目的观察针刺足三里穴对健康青年人胃电活动的影响并探讨其时间相关性规律。为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法选取健康青年志愿者30例,运用EGEG-5D五导胃电图微机分析仪检测足三里穴针刺过程中不同时段(针刺前10 min、进针时、进针后5 min、进针后10 min、行针时、行针后5 min、行针后10 min、出针时、出针后5 min、出针后10 min)胃电波形频率和幅值的变化,记录实验结果并进行统计学处理。结果Ⅰ~Ⅳ导联中,各时段平均频率、平均幅值数值较针刺前大多有所降低,进针时、行针时、出针时相对升高,进针后10 min、行针后10 min与进针后5 min、行针后5 min相比数值降低(P<0.05),出针后5、10 min与针刺前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺足三里穴对健康青年人胃电活动具有双向调节作用,且以抑制作用更为明显;针刺过程中,即时效应、累积效应均有所体现,在针刺操作后10 min内累积效应持续存在;同时针刺对机体胃电活动的调节是受多种因素影响的复杂过程。

Objective： To explore the effect of acupuncture at Zusanli on the gastric electrical activity of healthy young people and its time-related regularity ,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods： Thirty healthy young volunteers were selected and EGEG-SD five-lead electrogastrogram micro-com- puter analyzer was used to detect the changes in frequency and amplitude of gastric electrical waveforms in differ- ent time periods during acupuncture at Zusanli. The experimental results were recorded and statistically pro- cessed. Results： In the I-IV lead,the average frequency and average amplitude value of each time period were lower than those before acupuncture. It was relatively raised when entering the needle,using the needle and tak- ing out the needle. The values of 10 min were lower than those of 5 min after entering the needle and using the needle （P〈 0.05）. Compared with the period before acupuncture,there was no significant difference in 5 min and 10 min after needle insertion （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture at Zusanli point has a two-way regulation ef- fect on gastric electrical activity in healthy young people, and the inhibition effect is more obvious. In the process of acupuncture, the immediate effect and cumulative effect are both reflected, and the cumulative effect persists within lOmin after the acupuncture operation. At the same time,the regulation of acupuncture on the body＇s gas- tric electrical activity is a complex orocess influenced by many factors.
